Overview of Geomembrane Production Line Equipped with JCTIMES Automatic Adjustment T-dieOur intelligent geomembrane production line is a high-performance, fully automated manufacturing system independently developed for the production of waterproof and anti-seepage polymer geomembranes. It is widely applied in landfills, water conservancy projects, municipal environmental protection, and chemical anti-corrosion fields. The most prominent advantage of this production line is that it is fully equipped with original JCTIMES automatic adjustment T-die, which fundamentally improves the forming precision, production stability and finished product qualification rate of geomembrane products.Different from ordinary traditional geomembrane production lines that adopt manual mold adjustment and thermal bolt fine-tuning, our production line relies on the core performance of JCTIMES intelligent automatic mold to realize full digital closed-loop control of geomembrane thickness. The supporting JCTIMES mold is equipped with high-precision servo driving and real-time thickness feedback system. It can automatically correct the die lip gap during continuous production, achieving a thickness tolerance controlled within ±5%, which solves the common industry problems of uneven film surface, partial thickness deviation and large batch quality difference caused by manual adjustment.The whole production line integrates high-efficiency extrusion, constant-temperature plasticization, roller calendaring, rapid cooling, constant-tension traction and automatic winding systems. Supported by the stable forming performance of JCTIMES automatic adjustment mold, the equipment can stably produce HDPE, LDPE and EVA geomembranes with a width of 2m to 8m and a thickness of 0.3mm to 3.0mm. The entire production process realizes unmanned intelligent fine-tuning, greatly shortening the mold adjustment time required for material replacement and specification switching, and effectively reducing raw material waste and downtime loss.In terms of operation, the production line is equipped with an intelligent human-machine interaction interface, which can synchronously monitor mold operating parameters, film thickness data and production status in real time. The high matching degree between the main unit and JCTIMES mold ensures long-term continuous and stable operation of the equipment, reduces later maintenance costs, and improves overall production efficiency.
