This machine is using LDPE,LLDPE as well as a portion of ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA) as raw material for producing embossed film on machine equipped with embossed roller and necessary parts.
Features of Machine
1. The machine control is integrated by PLC system with parameter setting, data transmission and feedback and alarm etc..
2. With double-station automatic winder and tension control system, winding process is stable, precise and automatic.
3. Automatic recycle system for collecting and recycle the off-cut from production on line.
Film Application
1. Different kinds of table cloth, gloves, shoe cover, apron, shower curtain, dust cover for clothes, rain coat, umbrella, dust cover for furniture and home textile etc..
2. Base film for sanitary napkin, baby diaper, and pet pad, disposable bed sheet and medical protective coat.
This PE Casting Film Machine was shipped to our India customer.The last products is for the base film in Sanitary napkin.
We sent two technicians to help our customers install and debug the machine.This was the material which our customer use it.
