XPE Foam Lamination Machine
A complete product line adopting casting extrusion process. PE,EVA,TPR or PP material mixed with addtives is fed through feeding system to extruder and flat head extrusion die. Hot melt is coated on top of base fabric or paper from the unwinder passing calender rollers for forming and chill down, Then guided by pulling rollers and trimmed by two knives on both sides, the coated material is take up into rolls at winder station.
Process
Foot mat/Floor mat lamination machine adopts cast film process,extruding raw material, coating substrate, trimming, then rolling to final products or slicing up. Surface of lamination can be textured according to customers’ requirement.
The final products can be used in a variety of cars, household and so on.
