EVA encapsulation film plastic machine
EVA film is made from EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate)resin with VA content of 28% to 35% adding some modifying additives according to formulation. After heating , extrusion and calender, the resin becomes film.
EVA solar film is sticky free in normal temperature for easy handling. After heating and lamination, it occurs inter-curing and sticky, to encapsulate silicon wafer, glass, backsheet together to be solar module.
EVA solar film, excellent in heat and humidity prevetion and ultravoilet rays resistance, fully secures solar modules installed outdoor for long time.
