The 6-meter geotextile extrusion lamination line is a professional and fully automatic production solution designed for continuous coating and composite processing of geotextile and non-woven fabrics. Adopting advanced melt extrusion and calendaring composite technology, the equipment takes LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE and EVA as main raw materials to produce high-performance waterproof and anti-seepage composite geotextile materials, widely used in landfills, reservoirs, sewage treatment ponds, mines, road and bridge waterproofing, and civil anti-seepage projects.This production line integrates automatic feeding, melt plasticization, precise die head forming, calendaring lifting system, online edge trimming, edge material recycling and four-roller friction winding. Equipped with PLC intelligent control and servo closed-loop tension system, it ensures stable running speed, uniform coating thickness and neat rolling effect. The line supports automatic roll splicing for new and old materials, effectively improving continuous production efficiency and reducing manual operation errors.
