The 6-meter geotextile extrusion lamination line is a professional and fully automatic production solution designed for continuous coating and composite processing of geotextile and non-woven fabrics. Adopting advanced melt extrusion and calendaring composite technology, the equipment takes LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE and EVA as main raw materials to produce high-performance waterproof and anti-seepage composite geotextile materials, widely used in landfills, reservoirs, sewage treatment ponds, mines, road and bridge waterproofing, and civil anti-seepage projects.
This production line integrates automatic feeding, melt plasticization, precise die head forming, calendaring lifting system, online edge trimming, edge material recycling and four-roller friction winding. Equipped with PLC intelligent control and servo closed-loop tension system, it ensures stable running speed, uniform coating thickness and neat rolling effect. 1. Product Overview
The 6-meter geotextile extrusion lamination production line is a high-efficiency, fully automatic composite equipment independently developed for waterproof and anti-seepage material manufacturing. It is specially applied for laminating PE polymer film on the surface of geotextile and non-woven fabric substrates to produce integrated waterproof composite geotextile. With mature extrusion lamination technology and intelligent control system, this line realizes continuous, stable and high-precision one-stop production, covering raw material feeding, melting, coating, shaping, trimming, recycling and finished product winding. It is widely applicable to various civil anti-seepage and environmental protection engineering fields.

Multi-material Compatibility: Supports LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE and EVA raw materials, realizing single-sided and double-sided film coating on geotextile and non-woven fabrics to meet different anti-seepage grade requirements.

3. Complete Product Specification & Instruction
This 6m geotextile lamination line covers a full set of standardized production processes from raw material processing to finished product output. The whole production flow includes automatic raw material vacuum feeding, screw extrusion melt plasticization, hydraulic non-stop screen changing, die head uniform film forming, lifting calendaring cooling shaping, online edge trimming, edge material crushing and recycling, and four-roller friction servo winding.
The effective production width of the equipment is up to 6000mm, covering the mainstream width demand of engineering anti-seepage materials. It can produce high-strength waterproof geotextile composite membranes, which have excellent anti-seepage, anti-corrosion and anti-aging properties. The finished products are core materials for environmental protection anti-seepage projects, including landfill anti-leakage, reservoir and canal waterproofing, sewage pool anti-seepage, mine ecological restoration, road and bridge foundation waterproofing.
