1.Before the dispatch the equipment, we will conduct the commission of the machine and invite the client representative join us to witness it.Once the machine reached the site of the clients, we will send our technicals to mantle up and commisson the machine, and train the local employee.

2.Any problem: If you have any questions or any demands, we will reply you within 24 hours.

3.Additives: installation book, Manual book, tool box will be sent with machine.

4.All products are guaranteed for one year, if any problems happen in guarantee period, our company will maintain for free.
