1.What about the delivey date?

Due to the non-standard size machine, we need to book all the relative parts according to the requirement of the clients, the delivery date wouldbe 1-- 3 months accordingly.

2.How about the packaging?

Standard Safe Export Packaging.Use the PE foam sheet pack every part to avoid damaging.Use anti-rust oil to the metal parts and cover with stretch film.Use wood to fix the machines in container to make sure them can not move.Or as per customer's?requirements.

3.How can you ensure the machines' quality after we put the order?

Before the delivery, we will send you machines' pictures and videos, or you can come to our factory to make the quality checking by yourself,or by the third party inspection organization that contacted by your side.

1.All products are guaranteed for one year, if any problems happen in guarantee period, our company will maintain for free.

2.Additives: installation book, Manual book, tool box will be sent with machine.

3.We can provide design, installation and debugging services or remote maintenance teaching.

4.Before the dispatch the equipment, we will conduct the commission of the machine and invite the client representative join us to witness it.Once the machine reached the site of the clients, we will send our technicals to mantle up and commisson the machine, and train the local employee.
