Q1. Are you a factory or trading company? A1. We are established in 2001, a actual factory and manufacturer in the line of plastic machine for over 20 years.

Q2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A2. Our factory is located in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China, about one hour by train from Shanghai. All our clients,from home or abroad, are warmly welcomed to visit us!

Q3. What about your machine quality?
A3. Our factory has more than 20 years experience in mechanical processing; all our machines already get ISO9001,CE certificate;
already exported to many countries and areas; already got customer’s good reputation.

Q4. What about your machine price?
A4Anytime we will garanteen quality first, no matter price is good or not for us. Quality is first, on the top quality basis, of
coursse you will get r easonable and satisfied price!

Q5. How about the payment term?
A5 For new customer, our payment terms is 30% T/T in advance before production, the balance 70% should be paid before delivery.

Q6. What about the delivey date?
A6.Due to the non-standard size machine, we need to book all the relative parts according to the requirement of the clients, the delivery date would be 1-- 3 months accordingly.

Q7. How about the packaging?
A7. Standard Safe Export Packaging. Use the PE foam sheet pack every part to avoid damaging. Use anti-rust oil to the metal parts and cover with stretch film. Use wood to fix the machines in container to make sure them can not move.Or as per customer's
requirements.

Q8. How can you ensure the machines' quality after we put the order?
A8. Before the delivery, we will send you machines' pictures and videos, or you can come to our factory to make the quality
checking by yourself,or by the third party inspection organization that contacted by your side.

Q9. What about your main market?
