A disposable tablecloth film casting machine is a type of equipment used to produce thin, flexible plastic sheets specifically for making disposable tablecloths.
How It Works (Simply):
Melting: Plastic raw materials (like PE or PP pellets) are fed into the machine and heated until they become a molten liquid.
Spreading (Casting): This molten plastic is then pushed through a flat, wide die, forming a thin, continuous liquid sheet.
Cooling & Solidifying: The hot liquid sheet is laid onto a large, rotating chilled roller. This roller cools the plastic very quickly, turning it into a solid, smooth film.
Winding: The solidified film is then rolled up onto a large roll for easy storage, transport, and later cutting into finished tablecloths.
