The machine adopts casting composite process, PE (polyethylene), EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer), TPR or PP (polypropylene) and other raw materials, through extrusion heating, and the substrate composite rolling, cooling and winding Into the complete sets of equipment.
Extruder with Φ65-160 / 28: 1-38: 1 large diameter large aspect ratio of the screw and the barrel, the inner cavity of the die, with the advanced structure of the use of T + S type, pneumatic roll change , Magnetic power up control unwinding, mechanical or gas-hydraulic correction, easy to operate and maintain, winding motor using frequency control.
Uses: Suitable for all kinds of single-layer and multi-layer composite of various types of non-woven composite materials, paper, woven cloth, grid, foam, pearl cotton, aluminum foil, plastic color film.

Suitable for laminating into a singe-layer or multi-layers by a variety non-woven fabrics,paper,woven fabrics, or mesh,foam,aluminium foil,top cover for car,carpet, printed films and so on.
