2600 Double T-die Nonwoven Fabric Lamination PE Film Coating Machine

Nonwoven lamination machine is a complete product line adopting casting extrusion process.
PE or PP material mixed with addtives is fed through feeding system to extruder and flat head extrusion die. Hot melt is coated on top of base fabric or paper from the unwinder passing calender rollers for forming and chill down, Then guided by pulling rollers and trimmed by two knives on both sides, the coated material is take up into rolls at winder station.

A5 For new customer, our payment terms is 30% T/T in advance before production, the balance 70% should be paid before delivery. 

Q6. What about the delivey date? 

A6.Due to the non-standard size machine, we need to book all the relative parts according to the requirement of the clients, the delivery date would be 1-- 3 months accordingly. 

Q7. How about the packaging? 

A7. Standard Safe Export Packaging. Use the PE foam sheet pack every part to avoid damaging. Use anti-rust oil to the metal parts and cover with stretch film. Use wood to fix the machines in container to make sure them can not move.Or as per customer's requirements. 

Q8. How can you ensure the machines' quality after we put the order? 

A8. Before the delivery, we will send you machines' pictures and videos, or you can come to our factory to make the quality checking by yourself,or by the third party inspection organization that contacted by your side. Q9. What about your main market?
