Laminated Production Line for Car Cover Fabric（Non-woven Fabric and Aluminized Film Laminated with PE film）：
This production line is specially designed for the continuous lamination and coating processing of base fabrics used in car covers, mainly including non-woven fabrics, Oxford cloth, polyester fabrics and other textile substrates. Through processes such as unwinding, coating, laminating, drying, cooling and winding, it forms a composite functional layer with waterproof, dustproof, UV-resistant and weather-resistant properties on the surface of the base fabric, so as to meet the performance requirements of outdoor car cover products.
The integrated production equipment integrates precision coating system, laminating mechanism, temperature control drying tunnel and automatic tension control system, which realizes stable and efficient continuous production. It can flexibly adjust the coating thickness, composite strength and product specifications according to different car cover fabric requirements, and is widely used in the manufacturing of high-performance outdoor protective fabrics such as waterproof car covers, all-weather car covers and heavy-duty car covers.
