This car cover fabric extrusion coating line melts PE/TPU materials and evenly coats woven fabric substrates to produce waterproof, anti-UV, wear-resistant auto cover cloth. Fully automatic unwinding, coating, cooling and winding system ensures stable continuous production.
The full-automatic extrusion coating line is specially designed for manufacturing car cover fabric. It integrates unwinder, extruder, coating die, laminating unit, cooling roller, web guiding and automatic winder.LDPE, LLDPE and TPU can be used for single or double-side coating on textile substrates. Equipped with PLC centralized control, the line delivers uniform coating thickness and strong bonding. Finished fabrics feature waterproof, anti-aging and UV-resistant performance, widely used for outdoor vehicle protective covers.
